The framework of PHMIN. The framework mainly consists of two parts. (A) The generator for human mobility estimation. The original input contains the human mobility map of the last two time steps. The domain knowledge from COVID-19 statistics and policies is embedded and adapted to guide the estimation of future human mobility. (B) The discriminator is implemented to distinguish whether the human mobility dynamics is consistent with the period of COVID-19 or not.
