Table 2
The national standard “Technical Standard for NZEBs” GB/T 51350 indicators system for NZEB
Mandatory indicators | Recommended indicators |
Indoor environment | Envelope |
(1) Temperature 20°C–26°C; (2) Relative Humidity 30%–60%. |
(1) Thermal transmittance; (2) Door and window air tightness grade; (3) Solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of transparent parts. |
Energy efficiency | Energy source and electric equipment |
(1) Residential buildings: The standard stipulates a building energy consumption of ≤55 kW h/(m² a), with specific annual cooling and heating demand requirements. Additionally, the air tightness of buildings is set to vary according to different climate zones. (2) Commercial Buildings: These buildings are required to have an energy saving rate of ≥60%. Similar to residential buildings, the air tightness of the building envelope is determined based on the climate zone. (3) Renewable energy utilization: Both residential and commercial buildings must achieve a renewable energy utilization rate of ≥10%. |
(1) Cooling/heating equipment efficiency; (2) Performance of ventilator with heat recovery; (3) Lighting power density; (4) Energy consumption sub-metering and indoor environment monitoring. |
